The Downtown Throwdown is Going to SF

Lib Tech and Snowboy Productions are stoked to expand the Downtown Throwdown to San Francisco on October 8 at Fulton Street and Larkin Street. Right between City Hall, the Asian Art Musuem, the Main Library and UN Plaza!

In the past 5 years in Seattle this event has grown from a great local event to the biggest and most respected urban snowboarding event in the world. Now, with help from Nick Visconti and local shop FTC/SFO we are STOKED to bring this to The Bay! 25 of the biggest up and coming names in snowboarding will compete in a 2 hour free-for-all for a share in $10K in cash!

The invite list is STACKED with the likes of… Scott Stevens, Forest Bailey, Johnny Lazz, Ted Borland, Jake Kuzyk, Dylan Thompson, Chris Larson, Andrew Brewer and a lot more. We can’t wait to see who will join past Seattle Downtown Throwdown winners Dan Brisse, Jed Anderson (twice), Nick Visconti and Ryan Paul as the first San Francisco champ.

In addition to the non-stop shred action, there will also be music, food vendors, live art, a raffle of great prizes as well as info and giveaways from all our great sponsors.

Best of all? It’s still TOTALLY FREE!! So get your butt down to Fulton Street and Larkin Street and check out the action!

Thanks to Lib Tech, Zumiez, Arnette, Vans, GoPro, Mt. Bachelor, Skullcandy, Monster Energy Drink, FTC/SFO, POW, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Snowboarder Magazine, Think Thank,, Crab Grab and more!
