The second one definetly is a worthy challenger! I just love the lighting, comp, and crop of the champ though. The second is a bit too tight I think and I feel like it has some motion blur. Both are definitely great shots!

Photo 1 wins. Get serious!!! Photo 2 is something that a disposable camera can shoot. And Johnnie rides for one of the sickiest shops in Oregon (NA)

Was #2 shot on film? Cause it looks all muddy and sucky. Put a fucking flash on that guy!

I think Pooty Tang and Nick D ae douches and don’t know shit about photography… The second pic is way better everything about it captures the objective of the competion. That pic is the shit! The top pic looks like someone took it with a disposable camera and he’s only the champ because he gets all his friends to vote for him. Bitches

Gmoney your a retard and you don’t know shit about a good shot. I already used the disposable camera angle for photo #2. Photo #1 has way more time and effort then #2. #2 is like a myspace photo and thats the only publication that it should have.

Photo #1 has a sick lighting but i see why #2 has natural light, this shot is in parkcity just above mainstreet and i have been busted hitting this feat. there really isnt time to set up strobes and if you shoot a strobe off the camera then it really turns into a disposable camera.

off camera lighting is the way to go when it is available but with shots of high bust im not sure if you have time to set up lighting, i would say they were kicked out of this spot real quick, park city cops dont have anything better to do.

I’ve actually hit the metal thing in photo 2 and tried shooting it and it was hard to get a good angle to portray the gnarlyness of it cuz it is pretty sketchy, but this is a photo battle not a riding battle so I am going to have to stick with photo 1. Prop to photo 2 though.

man both are pretty sick, that jib is sweet but that rock would be fun as hell plus the background and lighting is way cool

Damn, you guys need to chill… so much hating. There is a such thing as using nothing but natural light in photos you know? Professional photographers use nothing but natural light all the time. And maybe photo 2 was photoshopped a little bit to make it a bit more saturated but this is the digital ages so get over it. However I still vote for photo 1.
