Beat Magazine Presents the Unofficial, absolutely most up-to-date 1999 US Open WebpageWith all the
controversy surrounding the Olympics, the rather dismal snow conditions in the East (until
this past week, that is) and the overall stale state of our fine sport, its nice to
know that we can count on at least one thing every year to bring everyone together for
good times, good friends, and some damn fine snowboarding. Rumors have been flying around
since this summer regarding the Open, changes that were being made, and precautions that
were being taken to ensure that all the right things happened this time around. Well,
its the weekend before the Big Event, and things are finally taking shape.
Heres what YoBeat has found out to be FACT as of Monday, March 15th, 1999.
