mixture. Add some white wine and cook until the wine cooks off. Next, add your stock at a quarter cup at a time. When the rice has absorbed the stock, add more. Make sure to stir the mixture constantly, and do not add more
stock until the previous cup was absorbed. The rice will begin to soften. Add your green beans and cook with the rice. When all of the liquid has been absorbed, add your parmesan. Stir in and remove the mixture from the heat.
Let rest 5 mins before eating.
